We Are Incredibly Overjoyed To Announce . . .

We have been blessed by another daughter!

A little Mei Mei, 10 years old, with the most beautiful, soul-filled eyes.

She has been waiting for a forever family her whole life--and we are so incredibly, amazingly blessed, to be that family.

We have been in process since last summer and hope to travel back to China in about three months.

We can't wait to add more energy to our crazy family!

Every good and perfect gift is from above ~ James 1:17

Thank you to everyone for the good wishes! I love sharing the joy--it has been so hard to keep the secret! I keep needing to pinch myself--it just doesn't seem real!

As for what Rose thinks, she was super excited until we received a recent picture and Mei Mei looks tall, so now Rose is worried that Mei Mei might not be a mei mei and that concerns her! LOL! (mei mei means "little sister" in Chinese)

PS I will do the book drawing tomorrow! I am currently finishing a research paper on Native American spirituality. It's due at 9 am. It is currently 12:30 am. I will never be able to deliver a speech about procrastination to my children again. Never Ever.
