What Do You Feed All Those Kids--Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Here's a family favorite for snacks or even lunch boxes.



Peanut Butter Balls

1 1/3 Cups Peanut Butter
1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
2 1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats
1 C. Ground Flax Seeds
1/4 C. Honey

Combine all.  Cool in fridge.  Roll into ping-pong-size balls.  Freeze.  Eat. Repeat.

I can hardly keep up with Patrick's love for these.  They are the perfect snack after a full night of marching band or weekend of Comic Con.
